VINIFICATION AND AGEING

One year before the harvest and vinification, the grapes of the different varieties that make up the Family Collection were duly selected and monitored according to the winemaking objective. These grapes were harvested at their ideal state of ripeness in 20 kg boxes and vinified separately. The entire process was carried out by gravity into the fermentation vats, which took place over 20 days with prolonged maceration, which gives this wine unique characteristics of ripe fruit. Its 14-month aging in new French oak gives it great aromatic amplitude and remarkable balance throughout its long life. Maturation in the bottle takes place for over 14 months.

Ruby-colored and intensely aromatic notes of ripe fruit, with a light menthol note, which makes it elegant and harmonious. The excellent structure and balance between its fine tannins and acidity guarantee its personality and a long shelf life. Long and mineral finish. Concentration and delicacy are its luxurious notes. A wine that deserves a careful, unhurried tasting.
