NAME

VARIETIES

Petite Syrah 100%

VINIFICATION AND AGEING

Lowland vineyard, with a cooler microclimate than the region and soil predominantly of schist origin.
The grapes are harvested in their ideal state of ripeness in 20 kg boxes. The entire process takes place by gravity in stainless steel frustum-conical fermentation vats with controlled temperature and pumping over with mechanical treaders. Fermentation takes place for 10 days with controlled extraction in order to extract the best from this grape variety's must, providing this wine with characteristics of intense quality fruit. It is then aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months, which gives it structure and balance.

CONSUMPTION AND LONGEVITY

Ideal consumption temperature at 16°C. It accompanies traditional Mediterranean cuisine, game dishes, cheeses, vegetarian cuisine with aromatic intensity and fusion dishes. Cellar wine, with high aging potential.

WINEMAKER NOTES

Deep ruby color. Very intense aroma of black fruits and wild berries. Slight toasted note from high quality barrels. Very intense mouth with velvety tannins, good acidity and long finish. Rich and with different layers of proof.
