VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Wine produced exclusively with the best Touriga Nacional grapes from Herdade do Freixo, selected for the Freixo Family Collection wine. A superior category rosé obtained solely from the tear must, the “téte de cuvée”, in the style of the world's great rosé.
After slow fermentation at low temperature, it aged in stainless steel vats to preserve the freshness and the most delicate notes. He made batonnage with fine lees for 4 months.
CONSUMPTION AND LONGEVITY
Ideal consumption temperature at 8 oC. Great gastronomic versatility; Accompanies fresh fish, seafood, sushi and sashimi dishes, salads, white meats, grilled red meats, pastas and risottos.; Complements fusion dishes, harmonizing with freshness and is perfect for special moments of conviviality. Like all FREIXO wines, it gains complexity and finesse with its evolution in bottle.

WINEMAKER NOTES
Light coral pink color. Aroma of wild red fruits and a slight floral. All in great delicacy. Fresh in the mouth with great balance. Very fine and seductive finish.
